Following the completion of the Dubai Fountain renovations, the restaurant returns to reclaim its position as one of the city’s most sought-after dining destinations, offering an unrivalled front-row view of the world-famous spectacle.

The restaurant’s 395-seat space, envisioned by award-winning interior architect Tristan du Plessis, embodies a luxe-with-an-edge aesthetic, an interplay of rich chocolate tones, marble accents, and a minimalist yet opulent design language. Guests are welcomed by a dramatic marble waterfall entrance, invited to explore the striking walk-in wine cellar, and drawn to the expansive outdoor terrace, where the rhythm of Dubai’s urban sophistication meets TANG’s Asian-tropical soul.
